Health Record
In order to have occupational health data quickly available to employees for whom a medical examination directly related to the work is necessary, these are summarized in the so-called health record.
The following information is recorded in the health record (according to Art. 14, SAMV):
- Reasons for special medical precautions (e.g. vaccinations)
- Tests on the immunity status of employees
- Performed vaccinations
- Medical results of accidents and incidents or other exposures to microorganisms, as well as a reasonable suspicion of an infectious disease acquired during occupational activity
The form and design of the health record are left to the attending physician.
