Monitoring of external irradiation by TLD dosimeter. The dosimeter should be worn at chest height.

Monitoring the incorporation of radioactive materials by triage measurement or urine tests .

Personal dose document
The monthly measurement results of personal dosimetry are stored by the local RSO. The annual radiation doses are registered in the personal dose document. If you have previously been occupationally exposed to radiation, send your personal dose document to the local RSO. If you are no longer occupationally exposed, you will receive your personal dose document. The personal dose document is valid for the entire professional activity.
