IVIS® Spectrum CT

The IVIS® Spectrum CT imaging can be used for:

• Bioluminescent imaging
• Fluorescent imaging (reflectance and transmission modes)
• Low dose, ultra fast micro-CT for small animals
• Together, the IVIS Spectrum CT and Living Image® system software enable:
  • 3D optical tomography for fluorescence and bioluminescence
  • 3D volumetric tomography of CT images
  • Automatic co-registration of 3D reconstructions of luminescent or fluorescent sources (optical multi-spectral fluorescence and spectral unmixing)
  • Cerenkov imaging for optical radiotracer imaging
